Serviced Hotel Apartment

About this stay

Marina 101 devotes 42 floors to hotel apartments, sitting above the 32 hotel floors and below the residences that begin at floor 80. Their internal finishes are specified to five-star hotel and deluxe hotel-apartment standard, which is exactly what a short-stay guest is paying for: a serviced apartment with a kitchen, rather than a hotel room. For an owner, whether this type can go into an independent holiday-home programme depends on the hotel-management agreement attached to the sale; we check that before we propose anything. Photography shows finished apartments in the tower; layouts, finishes and views vary by unit and floor.
